What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Standard delivery by courier is £25. Rush delivery is available and will be quoted by weight and distance. Always get in touch to check our production schedule if you need your stationery urgently.

Do You Ship Internationally?

We currently deliver to mainland UK addresses only.

Is there a minimum order requirement?

Yes, there is a minimum quantity order of 20 of each item (except table plans, and menus/table names/numbers once you have ordered your stationery).

When will I receive my order?

Once we receive proof confirmation, we will advise you of a dispatch date. Please allow 3-8 weeks for the production and delivery of your goods. If you require your order urgently, please contact us as we may be able to offer you an express service for an additional fee.

Do I need to order all my stationery items in one go?

No. It is often the case that the quantities for your other stationery items depend on the response from your wedding invitations. You can place your wedding stationery order separately and we will have all your design and colour preferences remembered to make ordering your other stationery items extra easy.

If I have a discount code can it be used more than once?

Yes, providing it is still within the expiry date.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We currently accept secure payment online via Paypal or bank transfer.

ORDERS AND RETURNS

Do I need an account to place an order?

You can browse on our website and add items to your basket without creating an account, but to make any purchases you need to create an account by providing an email address and creating a password. We’ll never pass your details onto anyone else.

Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Changing My Order

Sometimes we change our minds, so provided we’re still in the early stages it’s usually pretty easy for us to make amends to your order. This could be anything from the amount of invitations you need, to a name or a date. If you do require changes to your order, please contact stanleyslibrary@hotmail.co.uk.

Cancelling My Order

If you need to cancel your order, you may do so but once the deposit of 50% has been paid, this is non-refundable. However should you change your mind and cancel your order within 7 days, you will be refunded your deposit.  If work on your order has already commenced, we may need to collect the final balance to cover the cost of material and labour.

How Do I Track My Order?

When your order is despatched, we’ll send you a confirmation email with the details. Alternatively you can track the status of your order within My Account .

What Happens If My Wedding Is Cancelled?

Once you have received your wedding stationery we do not accept returns unless your items are faulty. If there is a cancellation before you receive your stationery, we will endeavour to help you in this situation and will refund any items that have not been handmade by us up to that point. This will be up to a maximum of 50% order value.
